God dwells in Jerusalem
Ex 15:17
You shall bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of your inheritance,
the place, Yahweh, which you have made for yourself to dwell
in;
the sanctuary, Lord, which your hands have established.

offered to the God of Israel, whose habitation is in Jerusalem,

Sing praises to Yahweh, who dwells in Zion,

Why do you look in envy, you rugged mountains,
at the mountain where God chooses to reign?
Yes, Yahweh will dwell there forever.
Ps 74:2
Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old,
which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance;
Mount Zion, in which you have lived.

His tabernacle is also in Salem;
His dwelling place in Zion.
Ps 132:13,14
13 For Yahweh has chosen Zion.
He has desired it for his habitation.

Blessed be Yahweh from Zion,
Who dwells at Jerusalem.

Arise you, and let us go up to Zion to Yahweh our God.

16 Yahweh will roar from Zion,

dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain.

that I have not cleansed:
for Yahweh dwells in Zion.”
Zp 3:5,15,17
5 Yahweh, in the midst of her, is righteous. He will do no wrong. Every morning
he brings his justice to light. He doesn’t fail, but the unjust know no shame.
15 Yahweh has taken away your judgments. He has thrown out your enemy. The King
of Israel, Yahweh, is in the midst of you. You will not be afraid of evil any
more.
17 Yahweh, your God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will
rejoice over you with joy. He will rest in his love. He will rejoice over you
with singing.
Zc 2:5,10,11
5 For I,’ says Yahweh, ‘will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will
be the glory in the midst of her.
10 Sing and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for, behold, I come, and I will dwell in
the midst of you,’ says Yahweh.
11 Many nations shall join themselves to Yahweh in that day, and shall be my
people; and I will dwell in the midst of you, and you shall know that Yahweh of
Armies has sent me to you.
